Almond Curd with Vanilla Bean and Maple Syrup
This is their classic Almond Curd with the addition of Vanilla Bean and organic Maple Syrup. We blend the vanilla bean through the curd and pour maple on top before the lid goes on (yes, all by hand!).The maple syrup is absorbed by the curd so there’s a lovely sweetness but no maple syrup to run everywhere when its opened!

It’s absolutely delicious as a double cream substitute on rhubarb crumble, apple pie, or sandwiched between layers of homemade chocolate cake. We love it on granola with stewed fruit, or spread onto toasted bagels and topped with fresh blueberries.
It is similar to ricotta and can be used anywhere you would use ricotta.
It can be cooked but isn’t melty.
