Almond Curd with Dill
This is their classic Almond Curd with the addition of beautifully green Dill tips. It has a lovely fresh, bright flavour.
A professional range of probiotics is used which is really good for your gut health.
You can either place the open jar on a cheeseboard as is, or serve it with a breakfast of roasted mushrooms and grilled tomatoes on sourdough, on a cucumber sandwich, or baked in giant pasta shells with a Napoli sauce.
It is similar to ricotta and can be used anywhere you would use ricotta.
It can be cooked but isn’t melty.
