Shipping & Handling Information

PLEASE ONLY PROVIDE AN ADDRESS WHERE SOMEONE WILL BE AVAILABLE TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER AND PLACE INTO A FRIDGE. 

We ship to most places in Australia. We use Toll DX service. We ship orders every Tuesday. Please expect up to 48 hours for delivery after your order has been dispatched.  If you live in an area outside of the overnight delivery area you order at your own risk.  Please get in contact with us if you are not sure.

Standard flat rate shipping is packed in a cardboard carton lined with insulated wrap and filled with ice sheets and wood wool.  If you would like added protection or live in a rural area we HIGHLY recommend selecting the esky pack upgrade at checkout which includes a styrofoam box.  Order over $100 and you will receive a FREE esky pack upgrade. 

Please only provide an address where someone will be there to receive your order and place it into a refrigerator upon receiving your package.

We order freshly made cheese each week and ship on Tuesday's.  However if we have run out of stock there may, on rare occasion, be an extra week delay. If your order is for a specific event we recommend you making contact to confirm your order will be shipped the following Tuesday.

> up to 3kg - $15.00

> up to 3kg with esky pack upgrade - $23.00 

> 3kg - 5kg - $15.00 (FREE ESKY PACK UPGRADE)

> 5kg + - $30.00 (2 x FREE ESKY PACK UPGRADE)

Your shipping will be calculated upon checkout. 

You will receive an email notification that your parcel has been dispatched.  Please use your tracking number included in this email to know when to expect delivery to ensure someone is available to receive your order.
