Tamar Fresh is a cashew based cheese with a smooth creamy texture and a pleasing lactic tang. The appearance is creamy white with flecks of black Tasmanian truffle and a dusting of truffle salt. Try it in an indulgent pasta sauce, or blend a spoonful into potato mash.
